STI India Limited immaculately follows BALE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to ensure uniform dyeability & Zero Barre and Shade Variation defects. 100% MANUAL SORTING of cotton is done to remove contaminations which may come in raw cotton Bales. Over & above this system, VISION SHIELDS WITH POLYPROPYLENE REMOVAL FACILITY are installed in Blow Room Lines  which further reduces the contaminations in cotton to the minimum possible level,  followed by SIRO CLEARERS on Autoconers.

The yarn & fabric of STI has been certified by Oeko Tex mark from TesTex, Zurich according to Oeko Tex Standard 100.

Organic Yarns:

We Provide Control Union Certificate (formerly SKAL) for supply of organic yarns.
